Recently, I encountered a candidate who felt overqualified for a position after an initial interview with a hiring manager. They feared they wouldn't receive a callback due to their extensive qualifications. It's a sentiment many of us have experienced when we feel we have more to offer than the role's scope. I believe at one point they contemplated if they should have shaved off some experience from the resume or underplayed.

My Advice : Sit back buffing your finger nails because it is "Show Time"
